1 General Terms & Acceptance

This document is a legally binding agreement containing all rules and conditions applicable to the use of the tk778 platform. By registering on tk778 or continuing to use the platform, you are considered to have accepted all of the following terms.

These terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute over interpretation, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

When opening an account on tk778, you must provide accurate and complete information. Any inconsistency in the information provided may delay account verification or result in account closure. Only one account may be opened per mobile number or email address.

3.2 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials secure. tk778 will never ask for your password by phone or email. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

• Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Using a different password for each site is safer.
• Avoid logging in from public devices or networks.
• Always log out after each session.

3.3 KYC Verification

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings from bonuses.
• Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If money laundering is suspected, the withdrawal will be suspended and investigated.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the tk778 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on tk778 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn an additional ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before bonus funds become withdrawable, betting equal to 15 times the bonus amount must be completed. This is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific validity period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Transferring bonus funds to another account is prohibited.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, tk778 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• VIP program members will receive additional benefits according to their tier.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

tk778 is committed to ensuring fair play across all games. Games operated on our platform use Provably Fair technology.

6.1 Finality of Game Results

Once a game result is finalized, it cannot be changed. However, in the event of an abnormal result caused by a technical error or server issue, tk778 reserves the right to conduct an investigation and, if necessary, void the bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

A variety of sports markets are available in the sports betting section. Bets can be placed on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and more. Odds may change over time; the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are considered final.

6.3 Connection Issues

If your internet connection is lost during a game, the system will automatically determine the result for that session. tk778 is not responsible for any loss caused by connection issues.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk778 platform, and any such behavior will result in immediate account closure:

• Using any robot, bot, script, or automated software to play.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Registering with false identity or information.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to win through cheating or fraud.
• Engaging in money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
• Attempting to harass or harm other users.

For any of the above violations, tk778 reserves the right to close the relevant account without prior notice and forfeit all balances held in that account.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any eligible remaining balance before making the request. A self-exclusion option is also available for responsible gaming purposes.

8.2 Closure by tk778

tk778 may close any account immediately or with notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Failure to pass age or identity verification.
• Extended period of account inactivity.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.
• Evidence of fraud or deception.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If no transactions occur for 12 months or more, the account will be marked as inactive. An applicable maintenance fee may be deducted from the balance of an inactive account.

9 Limitation of Liability

tk778 is not liable for the following:

• Loss or missed opportunities caused by the user's internet connection issues.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment processors.
• Disclosure of account information due to the user's own negligence.
• Service interruption resulting from government or regulatory authority directives.
• Unforeseen technical issues or force majeure events.

tk778's total liability shall in no case exceed the amount of the transaction in question. Our platform is provided on an "as is" basis; no warranties of any kind are given unless explicitly stated.
